PREQUALIFICATION

Purchasing power is one of the most important factors in buying a home. The first step to acquiring that power is to meet with a qualifying lender to be pre-qualified, free of charge.

Once you understand all of your financing options, we will be ready to begin actively looking at property.

A lender will be able to discuss multiple loan programs with you. In addition, they will be able to itemize closing costs and present a list of documents you will need to process the loan.

SEARCHING:

It is my goal to make the process of finding you a home as simple as possible. After determining what your needs are and how much you can afford, I will begin searching through properties to find the perfect home for you. By screening the available homes before setting appointments to view them, we will make sure they meet your criteria.

I will give you my expert opinion and advices on each property viewed and disclose any defects I am aware of.

MAKING ON OFFER:

Great! We found your perfect home. Time to put in an offer. This is where we determine what the lowest price we can offer will be, without insulting the seller. This will be based upon available criteria, such as the condition of the property, seller’s motivation, location and market time.

I will present your offer to the seller’s agent and continue to negotiate, reporting to you every step of the way, until we reach a final offer.

I will work closely with your attorney to make sure all paperwork goes through him and your interests are well protected.

CLOSING:

The closing is the last step of the buying process. I will attend the closing with you, and will sit down with you and your attorney to sign all necessary legal documents to transfer the properties title to you. There will also be many documents to sign protecting the banks investment and insuring that you keep the property insured and in good repair.

This is the exciting part.
